How our affiliate program works.

We love our affiliates and want long lasting relationships. Below is our payouts table for referrals. Below are a few examples of how we calculate your earnings. Sign up to get started earning!

• 1 Step Evaluations - 15% for the first 45 days
• Diamond Hands (DH) Evaluations - 15% for the first 45 days
• End Of Day (EOD) Evaluations - 15% for the first 45 days
• Fast Track Evaluations - 7% of each purchase
• Static Evaluations - 7% for the first 45 days
• Reset Fees - $5 of each purchase for the first month (when fee is bought at standard rate)

Once you refer a new trader your affiliate code is set via cookie and is retained for 45 days. If you refer a trader and 1 month later they decide to sign up you still get credit for the sale and any other eligible purchase they make! Even if they click a different affiliates link after yours you still get credit!

Elite affiliates can get custom coupon codes and we'll work with you on special promotions specific to you! Please contact us to see if you qualify.

Earnings status will initially be marked as "Pending" and will be confirmed within 14-20 days following the purchase date. Upon confirmation, the status will be updated to "Verified" if this occurs before the last week of the month.

To request a payout, please get in touch with payroll@elitetraderfunding.com with "Affiliate Payout" as the subject line. Our team will assist you within 3-5 business days. Note that requests for additional payouts can only be made after a one-month waiting period. The minimum verified balance required for a monthly payout is $100.00 USD.

Please be aware that the affiliate is responsible for a withdrawal fee of $40.00 per payout. Payments are processed every Friday and typically take 7-10 business days to be completed. Once a payment is sent, the status will be updated to "Paid", and the payment date will be reflected accordingly.

Affiliate Responsibilities and Fees

Please note that as an affiliate, you will be responsible for any fees associated with your withdrawal. This fee can vary depending on the method used to send and will be determined at the time of the withdrawal request.

You are not allowed to use your own affiliate link for your own account. You are not allowed to create a second account for yourself to earn affiliate earnings off of. Doing so will result in immediate termination of your account and a forfeit of all unpaid earnings, evaluations, and elite accounts. We take this very seriously and review all earnings and payments before payout occurs. Passive methods of marketing are not allowed, and payout requests will be denied (examples: Paid Ads, Coupon sites, ETF Discord, ETF announcements, etc.). We wish to work with affiliates that are active on social media platforms or in communities (examples: Youtube Channel, Podcasts, Blog, Instagram, Facebook posts, Twitter, etc.).

Please be aware that, at the time of payout, we will conduct a verification of your current address and identity through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. If you prefer to receive payments through your company, we will require documentation proving your legal ownership of the company, along with verification of its address. Should you be unable to provide the requested documents, your earnings will be forfeited, and your affiliate account will be deactivated.

Notice Regarding Disputes and Chargebacks

To maintain the integrity and fairness of our affiliate program, affiliates are held responsible for ensuring their referrals do not create disputes or chargebacks. ETF will not pay commissions for referrals that result in disputes or chargebacks. Note that disputes and chargebacks can appear 3-6 months after the initial evaluation or reset purchase. A consistent pattern of such incidents with your referrals will lead to the denial of all accrued payments.
